It is time to turn our attention to preparing our physical space for our hybrid working environment. While we don’t know what the layout of our physical space on campus will look like, we need to do some housekeeping to prepare our spaces for common use.

  • The first step is for staff who worked in the Old Medical building (Old Meds) and Summerhill to remove any personal items (except for those designated to be working on campus currently). Between now and Friday, Dec. 17, please schedule a time to retrieve your belongs with the following individuals:
    • Summerhill East - Kate Bearse
    • Summerhill West - Sarah Blaney-Lew
    • Old Meds - Kelly Colby
  • Please complete this short  by Dec. 3, so we can better understand the equipment Office of Advancement staff currently have, what might be needed, and any digital and paper file retrieval or long-term storage needs.

In the new year, we will focus on equipment pick up and digital and paper files, as well as program resources storage.
