    Description:

    This workshop will help you recognize the impact of change on yourself and others. You will learn about the stages of change, the physical and psychological effects of change, and some strategies for dealing with change to ensure a successful transition to the new reality.

    Learning Outcomes:

    • Describe what change management is
    • Identify the situations where change management can be employed to positively influence change and achieve success
    • Recognize some change management Methodologies
    • Understand your part and how you can be a positive participant in change
