Dr. Joan Almost is a Professor in the School of Nursing, a Registered Nurse, and an Associate Member of HSPRI. Her program of research is centered on engaging with policy makers and knowledge users to advance the nursing profession and the science of quality practice environments. Areas of research expertise include quantitative research methods, policy, work relationships within teams, and the nursing workforce.
