Walk-In Support 

Walk-in support is available in Mackintosh-Corry Hall Room B205 (across from the cafeteria) to assist with technical issues for laptops and mobile devices as well as other IT-related inquiries

You can submit an online ticket at any time to the IT Support Centre. 

Use the help form to submit web-based requests for support. 

Tickets are answered Monday - Friday between 8:00 am - 9:00 pm

Business Initiative Intake Process

The role of the BRM team is to understand each stakeholder鈥檚 needs and priorities, identify opportunities for IT Services to help our stakeholders achieve their objectives, and play a facilitating role in helping to define and enable the long-term digital strategies for IT Services and the University.

The IT Services Business Relationship Management (BRM) team strives to provide IT Services' stakeholders with a responsive, transparent and effective means to move a business need from an idea to a prioritized and chartered initiative.
