Queen’s remembers student Gage B. Foster

Queen’s University regrets to inform the community of the death of student and athlete Gage B. Foster.

Gage Foster had completed his first year of studies at °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±ÏÖ³¡ and was a member of the Gaels varsity football team.

Summer Orientation to Academics and Resources (SOAR)

The Ellis Hall active learning classrooms opened to students and instructors in January. Each of the three renovated classrooms offers unique configurations and technology that allow instructors to employ different teaching and learning strategies.

Principal Daniel Woolf toured several classrooms in Ellis Hall that are being renovated and transformed into environments that facilitate active learning. Featuring mobile furniture and a wealth of technology, the classrooms will enable students to work in small, collaborative groups and easily communicate with the rest of the class.
